The platform offers a complete set of equipment for histopathology analyses, including automated robots for inclusion, paraffin-embedding, routine and immuno-staining machine (Ventana); microtomes; automated epifluorescence microscope equipped with a highly sensitive camera for near infrared imaging; scanner for the acquisition of virtual slides; station for processing (deconvolution, colocalisation etc.) and image analysis (measurements, quantification etc.); laser capture microdissection; Raman station (under construction).
